ZappyFlow Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial Your ZappyFlow subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel before your trial ends, no charges will be applied — no fees, no questions.

Billing Authorization 

By starting your free trial and entering your payment details, you authorize Zappycards to charge your payment method $97.00/month beginning on your trial end date, and on the same date each month thereafter, until you cancel.

How to Cancel 

You can cancel at any time by logging into your ZappyFlow account and navigating to Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.

About ZappyFlow and Zappycards

ZappyFlow is an automated SMS review request service created and operated by Zappycards. It sends review requests to your customers automatically to help grow your Google reviews — this is a monthly subscription service.

Zappycards is a separate product — physical NFC-enabled cards (ZC Stand, ZC Wallet, and ZC with QR) that are a one-time purchase with no subscription required. If you purchased a physical card and did not intend to sign up for ZappyFlow, these are two different products.

Physical card customers are not required to subscribe to ZappyFlow unless they separately signed up for it.
