Three Steps and You're Live
You only do this once, on one phone. Everyone else at your location just uses their device.

Tap It on Your Phone
Hold your Zappycard or stand against the back of your phone. A notification appears — open it.

Create Your Account
It opens the Zappycards app. Sign up, then choose your plan — $29.99/mo billed annually or $49.99/mo.

Link Your Google Page
Search your business name. The app finds your Google listing and points every device at it. Done.

If Something's Not Working
Check NFC is on. On iPhone it is on by default from the iPhone 7 up — hold the top edge of the phone against the card. On Android, NFC lives in Settings under Connected devices or Connections, and the reader sits in the middle of the back. If the phone still does not react, scan the QR code printed on the device instead.
Search the exact name on your Google Business Profile, including the city. If your listing is brand new or unverified it may not be searchable yet — verify it with Google first, then come back and link it.
When you set up your first device, not when you ordered. Choose annual at $29.99/mo or month-to-month at $49.99/mo. One subscription covers every card and stand at that location.
In the app, open your location and invite each person by phone number. They install the app, tap their own card, and their reviews start reporting under their name on the leaderboard.
Add each one separately in the app and assign its devices to it, so reviews always land on the right Google listing. Each location needs its own subscription.
Your account keeps full access at no cost, with no subscription. Sign in with the email you ordered with and everything is already there.
